Leonard Elenbaas is a passionate chef with lots of experience in the kitchen, amongst others 7 years as owner of Restaurant Pure Passie. In those years he discovered the Big Green Egg barbecue, a real eye-opener for him.

His passion for restaurant activities, cooking, writing and publishing cook books, organizing workshops, preparing various events and travelling around the world to allow everyone to experience the Big Green Egg opened new doors for him. He became Pure Passie On Tour!

Nowadays Leonard drives with his Volkswagen van to his customers. He uses the EasyLoader system to load/unload his expensive equipment, such as the Green Eggs!
